…and the photograph as promised!  In Tokyo, Japan, on August 30th 1991 the American Mike Powell broke the world record for the long jump.  He jumped eight metres and ninety five centimetres, probably longer than the distance it took to fill this builders sack with trash from this very abused ‘small’ lay-bye.

…I hope it feels a little lighter now.
